Federation of Gay Games site selection meeting


When: Sunday 27 September to Tuesday 29 September.
Where: Wolkenburg event center in Cologne, Germany, host of Gay Games VIII, 31 July-7 August 2010.
Who: Nearly 40 representatives of bidding organizations and over 50 member organizations and board members.
What: Choice of the host of Gay Games IX in 2014 from among the three finalist bidding organizations from Boston, Cleveland, and Washington, DC. Based on exhaustive bid books, a series of question and answer exchanges, committee evaluations, reports from the Gay Games site inspection teams, and bidding organization live presentations and Q&A sessions, the qualified voting members of the General Assembly will choose the presumptive and alternate hosts of Gay Games IX.
Highlights:
Monday 28 September, bidding organization live presentations.
Tuesday 29 September at 18.30, announcement of presumptive and alternate hosts of Gay Games IX.
