In the heart of Sportpark Muengersdorf, home to half of Gay Games VIII sports, where some 5000 athletes are competing this week, is a facility used all year long by the city’s youth football program. The program hasn’t stopped during Gay Games week, and the children’s summer soccer camp welcomes dozens of young players, only a few hundred meters from the fields where the IGLFA world championships are being held.
