GayCities: A look back at 5 August 2010

GayCities Europe editor Paul Brummitt was at Gay Games VIII in Cologne, where he competed in the triathlon. This comes from his sixth dispatch for GayCities:

Once again, the teams from Paris Aquatique are the star attractions of synchronized swimming. Why the International Swimming Federation refuses to allow men to compete remains a mystery. Perhaps we should just squeeze them into the packed spectator gallery of the pool where the event is held here in Cologne. There’s no doubt minds would be swayed. They are just that good. Last year at the Outgames the French girls won gold and the guys silver . Who will it be this time?
