FGG is conducting site inspections with each of the three candidates bidding to host Gay Games IX in 2014: Boston, Cleveland, and Washington, D.C.
The Site Inspections will be held on:
- 31 July – 3 August in Cleveland
- 4 – 7 August in Boston
- 8 – 11 August in Washington, D.C.
During the inspections, members of FGG's Site Selection Committee will visit all the venues, meet with the bidding organisation, and attend community events.
On 29 September 2009, the Host for Gay Games IX 2014 will be selected during the FGG Annual Meeting in Cologne, Germany.
