Gay Games VIII warm-ups heat up

More and more teams are getting ready for Gay Games VIII with special matches.

Among them, the Leftfooters Football Club and the London Royals Hockey Team (pictured), who will face off in a charity hockey meets football competition this weekend. Half the match will be football, the other half field hockey.

And on the other side of the world, water polo teams Sydney Stingers and Melbourne Surge recentlyh faced off in the first of two pre-Gay Games matches, with a close win by the Surge.
