23 June 2012 / Atlanta Front Runners Pride Run

Atlanta Front Runners will hold their 22nd annual Pride Run Saturday, June 23, 2012 in Piedmont Park.

The run will benefit the Atlanta Pride Committee and Jerusalem House, Atlanta’s oldest and largest provider of permanent housing for Atlanta’s low-income and homeless individuals and families affected by HIV/AIDS.

Join Front Runners New York and 6,000 of our friends and allies in Central Park for the annual 5 Mile Lesbian and Gay Pride Run, June 23, 2012 at 9am. The 31st running of the Pride Run this year will be the biggest and best ever with entertainment throughout the day, stiff competition for cash prizes, and a banging after-party at Boxers NYC Sports Bar.

World Pride is happening in London this year from the 6th - 8th of July. London Frontrunners is organizing a weekend of activities for our members including marching in the World Pride march. We would be delighted for any visiting Frontrunners to join us.

19 October 2012 / IFR Annual General Meeting in St Louis

The International Front Runners Annual General Meeting for 2012 will take place in St Louis Missouri on the weekend of Oct 19 to 21, 2012.

The Saint Louis Frontruners are hosting the meeting on the weekend of the St Louis Rock and Roll Marathon and Half which takes place on Sunday October 21, 2012. The meeting is open to all members so you can invite all your members to attend if they wish and take part in the marathon as well.
The meeting will be on Saturday October 20, 2012 from 1PM to 5PM at the Parkway Hotel, and the club has arranged for a group rate at the hotel if you wish to stay there. registration for the meeting and hotel rooms will be available soon through the IFR website.

As part of the weekend of events there will be a reception Friday evening, and a fun run and brunch Saturday morning, and a pasta dinner on Saturday evening.

Pride Run 2012 marks the 31st running (and 30th anniversary) of the LA Frontrunner Run/Walk for LGBT Pride.

Pride Run 2012 will feature a traditional 5 & 10k Run, 5k Walk/RaceWalk and Kids Race.
Back this year is the Ultra Pride Run, where runners race both the kk and 10k and the lowest cumulative time is the winner.

21 April 2012 / Learn to run a 5K with DC Front Runners

DC Front Runners are offering a GREAT course for those interested in running their first 5K race (3.1 miles). The 8 week course begins on April 21 and ends with you running in a race on June 21. St Louis Frontrunners presents the 3rd Annual Pride 5K Run/2K Walk on Sunday, June 24, 2012. We are excited to announce improvements to this race, based on your feedback and our partnership with Pride St. Louis as part of St. Louis Pride Fest!

This year, we have a new race location, Tower Grove Park, at the heart of Pride Fest. Come for the Pride Run/Walk and stay for Sunday's events including the Pride Parade and the best in entertainment.

Run and Walk With Pride is an annual community event open to all, presented by Seattle Frontrunners. Join us on Sunday, June 17th in Seward Park for a fun 4K run, 10K run, or 4K walk. All abilities are welcome, so come and join the fun! Chip timing is provided and we have awards for top finishers. All finishers will be eligible for our fabulous raffle prizes!

Each year we select a local non-profit GLBT organization as our beneficiary. The selection process is designed to ensure the proceeds make a meaningful difference to them as our beneficiary.

For 2012 we selected It Gets Better Project, with proceeds going to GLSEN WA!

23 October 2011 / Mexico's first Pride Run

The Secretary of Frontrunners Mexico has announced that Mexico's (and Latin America's) FIRST Pride Run will take place on Sunday, October 23, at 7:30am, in Mexico City.

Almost 1,000 runners have already signed up for either the 5K or the 10K races of the first PRIDE RUN MEXICO. The number is expected to double over the next three weeks, especially after a press conference held on October 6.

It will be a historic moment for the region and also for Front Runners International. Please help spread the word and come support us if you can!

New York Road Runners and New York Front Runners - a running club for lesbians, gay men and supportive others - team up for the 30th time to produce the annual Pride Run, a five-mile race in Central Park.

With prize money offered for top male and female finishers, this race draws some of the best competition in town. Whether you're a top racer in it for the fantastic prize money or a novice looking for a healthy run and some good camaraderie, the Pride Run delivers the goods.
