Eurogames 2012 on the menu for Frankfurt Xmas tournament

The FGG wishes the best of luck to the hosts and participants in the annual Frankfurt Xmas Tournament, which closes today. Hosted by FGG member organization FVV and sister club Artemis, it welcomes hundreds of participants each year.

This year will see a special event tied to this summer's Eurogames in Budapest.

Today (Sunday December 5th) will take place the "Team-up Conference" for EuroGames 2012. The meeting will take place in Frankfurt after the farewell brunch of the XMAS Tournament. This meeting is supposed to give an overview on how preparation of Eurogames 2012 is going on, where the problems are the most striking, what support initiatives exist already and what can still be done by European LGBT sports clubs.

The schedule of the meeting will be aproximately as follows:

13:00 meeting at the FVV-office in "Friedberger Anlage 24"
13:00-13:30 short presentation round
13:30-14:30 update about the status quo of preparation of EG2012 by the Budapest organisers and Klaus
14:30-15:00 presentation of existing support measures (i.e. Pan Idraet, Stuttgart, Frankfurt, to be confirmed!)
15:00-16:00 discussion about what else can be done

Everyone can do their bit by spreading the word and by registering for Eurogames 2012 HERE.
