Nice news from a new Wrestlers Without Borders member in Denver:
The Denver Wrestling Club was founded May 17, 2012 by Coach Greg Lines who was San Diego Wrestling Club's head coach from 2004 to 2012.
Denver Wrestling Club is Colorado's only year-round freestyle/folkstyle/greco-roman wrestling club catering to adults who have an interest in learning and practicing the sport of amateur wrestling.
Everyone is welcome to join and wrestle with us - irrespective of skill level, age, race, gender, sexual oriendtation, or physical disability. Beginners especially welcome!!
We are a sanctioned member of USA Wrestling.
Over the summer we will be recruiting members and securing a practice location. The new club will have mats once a facility is secured...thank you Josh Watkins! Our goal is to start holding practices in the fall/winter 2012, and hold a WWB tournament in 2013.
