Hudson Taylor's Athlete Ally video project: The Ally Effect

The Ally Effect is a video project by ATHLETEALLY.COM to encourage allies of the LGBT community to share how they will commit to living as allies in school, at home, and in the workplace.

When enough allies commit to making a difference in their communities, we will no longer have to tell the LGBT youth of this country that "It Gets Better." Instead, we can actively start making it better.
