New Zealanders en route to Cologne

The countdown has begun for the Kiwis who will join around 10,000 people from more than 70 countries at Gay Games Cologne 2010.

The world's biggest sports and cultural festival will take over the German city from 31 July to 7 August.

Some members of the New Zealand contingent are already making their way to Germany, combining the games with holidays at the height of the European summer.
