QX Magazine's Sports Special: London LGBT sports clubs

QX is a free UK gay weekly magazine. Their latest issue, which you can download HERE, is devoted to sports. We're publishing some excerpts to give you an idea of what you'll find in this interesting issue.

Today, the page featuring some UK LGBT sports groups, including the LGBT Sports Network;


NATIONAL LGBT SPORTS NETWORK
A promotional group for the benefits of activity and sports groups to the LGBT community, the National LGBT Sports Network aims to encourage and promote sport and healthy lifestyles amongst LGBT people whilst building an LGBT sports and activity community across the UK and raising awareness of equality and diversity issues.
Co-Chair Simon Powell tells QX: “Sports and activity groups offer LGBT people the opportunity to meet other LGBT people in an environment that is focused on healthy activity and healthy socialising.
