On April 1, Frankfurter Volleyball Verein announced a new sport on their program: Nordic Swimming.
A cooperative effort from our swimming and Nordic walking groups, Nordic Swimming is a great all-around conditioning activity. By using Nordic walking poles in the pool (or "pool poles"), the arm movements are greatly extended, offering the work-out of a life, but in total safety (full helmets are recommended).
